I'm hoping they're great for short walks, going out to eat, or a quick bike ride, or hopping on the scooter. Just beware that they aren't made for long haul walking, especially if you have arch concerns, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, or other foot concerns.

So, for 25-40 bucks, I'd say these are a great deal for a casual shoe (I ordered three more pair last night, plus two of their sandals that look wider than most).

I sent an email to Rocket Dog, and will update here with their response regarding their insoles.
In both these colors, the insole appears to be glued in, but I was able to lift the insole around the edges, and it appears that it could be pulled out, but you probably couldn't get it back in, and you might have to scrape some rubbery material off the inside of the shoe before you put an insert in there. No real cushion, no arch support, and there really isn't any tread on the bottom. They provide one of the most comfortable shoe styles on the planet, combining all-day comfort with distinctive style. Until now! So here's the downside: while the style is simple and cute, there is absolutely no support inside. Rocket Dog is a company that is the home of the biggest collection and exclusive products that provides good quality products for the customers. Really, other than Keen and some Merrel shoes, I have yet to find affordable options for a casual sneaker. I attached a picture so you can see the shape of my foot next to the shoe. I just got the light blue Pansy print delivered (as I was writing this), and had to stop and open it up. On these, it's much narrower, and less clown-looking. Keen's toe box has a much bigger toe-cap, and theirs is always black and it sticks out. Rocket Dog has a rating of 3.67 stars from 3 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally satisfied with their purchases. If you have big feet like I do, be aware of the color / print you're buying, as some look less duck-like than others.
